Our Policy Regarding New Website Design :

When we design a website, we incorporate elements that support good search engine performance, ease of navigation and compatibility between multiple web browsers.

We do not reserve the copyright for any website we design - once it is made, it belongs to you.

• Cyberweb Hotels charges at hourly rate for website design, including consultation, design time and revisions.
• We will estimate the design time and require up-front payment of that estimate in order to schedule design of the    website.
• We will work up to 14 hours past your down payment amount. The client will need to approve progress and pay the    balance in order for Cyberweb Hotels to continue work with each 14 hours unless alternate arrangements are made in    writing.
• The design of a three page website typically takes 6-8 hours. Additional pages typically take 30-90 minutes.

• Provide comprehensive design materials in an organized fashion.
• Provide text for website in digital format, so that we don't have to type the content.

When does website design take longer ?

It does if you

• Desire complicated elements like slideshows, hover buttons, flash, virtual tours, printable pages, etc.
• Want us Cyberweb Hotels to work with third party designers or consultants.
• Do not provide us with design expectations such as colors, logo, or layout before we begin work
• If you change your mind often

What can you do to facilitate effective timely service?

• Gather and provide all necessary information to create your website. This normally includes: a brochure or    comparable text describing your establishment, pictures, logos, quotations or testimonials, room descriptions and    rates, policies and any additional information you would like included.

• Spell out at the outset itself any specific design elements and/or color schemes you may have in mind.
• E-mail materials to: design@CyberwebHotels.com.
• Provide Digital images in PC format and in an Adobe PhotoShop or Illustrator (example formats include .jpg, .gif,   .psd, .ai, .tif, .eps) compatible file.
• Send text is in a text document (via email, HTML, Microsoft Word, or a general text editor such as notepad).

For your information:

• An unobtrusive link at the bottom of your page saying "Website designed, hosted and promoted by Cyberweb Hotels "    Internet Marketing, Inc." will be inserted. This link must remain on the site as long as we host and maintain the site.
• Should you choose to move the site to a different host, you are free to remove this link as you see fit. you
