Accept Online Bookings

The e-commerce web booking system integrates seamlessly into any existing web site. Thus vendors can sell their inventory live and online.

Setup is straightforward and is taken care of by OnRes personnel. The software resides on OnRes’ secure servers for credit card acceptance and data storage. Through its unique design, the system is customizable to the graphical and style layout of the original site.

When an online reservation is made, inventory is updated automatically and customized emails are generated to notify the vendor and confirm the reservation with the customer.
The vendor can then access reservation details through the manager application.

Manage Entire Inventory

The manager application serves three purposes.

Can Cyberweb Hotels interface with my current internal reservation system?
No. Cyberweb Hotels can’t currently interface with your existing systems.

I don’t understand how Cyberweb Hotels can works. Is it installed on our web server?
No. It’s actually hosted on our servers and just appears to be still on yours. An entry point will be placed on your website (a screen asking for dates and guests) which passes control over to our servers when submitted. Our servers will then mimic the appearance of your website.

What are the system requirements for using the Management Application?
Internet Explorer 6.

How long does it take to set up once I agree to go with you guys?
We can have your account all ready and the web side of things customized to your site within 24 hours. After that it will be up to you or your staff to enter in the rate, product and inventory information and then we launch. Depending on the size and complexity of your inventory launch can take just about two to three days.

How does online payments work?
The system will pass credit card information and all other payment details on to you to process. Cyberweb Hotels currently does not process the payments itself. You will receive a notification email once a new web booking arrives and will need to log in to the Manager Application to access the payment information.

How do OnRes commissions work?
OnRes will invoice you for 5% of total sales at the end of each month on sales that originated through the Cyberweb Hotels e-commerce system and that were realized during the specified month.
